NorthPoint Construction Management provided a complete Design / Build package from start to finish for one of New England’s leading furniture stores. The scope of work included incorporating the existing store with a proposed addition to house a new Bedroom Department, Sleep Center and Dining Showrooms. Working closely with the owners to develop new prototypes, new lighting concepts and furniture vignettes; NorthPoint’s design ideas where so successful that the furniture giant is currently in discussion regarding the modifications of numerous other store locations to achieve a similar look thru-out all of New England.
