Working together with Vocelle Design Associates, NorthPoint Construction Management provided value engineering in all phases of this project. The scope of this project included the construction of a 2500sf addition along with a complete renovation of the existing 2500sf salon. NorthPoint consistently exceeded expectations implementing the highest quality of workmanship, staying within proposed budget and minimizing disruptions of the salon business. Impressively, NorthPoint only required a one time, pre-scheduled 5 day shut down of the salon during the most aggressive part of the project.
