Duncan O. Clark
Design | Drafting | Assistant Project ManagerDuncan has been part of the NorthPoint Construction Management, LLC team since 2005. Prior to joining NorthPoint, he earned a Bachelors Degree (cum laude) in Architectural Technology from Fitchburg State College. Duncan spent the summers working for numerous Facility Management firms, where his responsibilities included producing existing condition plans, as well as proposed construction plans using a variety of AutoCAD systems. At NorthPoint, Duncan assists the project managers with the various day-to-day tasks required to complete a project on schedule and budget. He is also very active in the design aspect of NorthPoint using AutoCAD to produce conceptual schematic design layouts using construction documents. Duncan also holds an Associates Degree from Mount Wachusett Community College were he studied Computer Aided Drafting and Computer Graphic Design. He is also licensed and registered with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Construction Supervisor.
Project responsibilities with NorthPoint include assisting with the overall development of projects, including scheduled site meetings with the entire construction team. Duncan also consults and assists in the project engineering process during the Design Development stage, and the coordination of subcontractors during the bidding and construction phase.
