NorthPoint Construction Management, while working directly with the client, provided a complete Design / Build package with features that far exceeded expectations. NPCM seamlessly incorporated Religious artifacts, a passive solar system to illuminate the Eternal Light, an additional 4000sf of storage space and a multi zoned energy saving HVAC system for comfort. This project was completed while simultaneously balancing the needs of many stakeholders including the town, the abutters, the adjacent Church and the Synagogue itself.
