NorthPoint Construction Management utilizing a Design / Build approach for this project renovated 6,000 sq. ft. of office space incorporating a small mail delivery system along with 84,000 sq. ft. of renovated warehouse space combining a truck wash station and high security hold stations adding additional overhead doors and lighting for the extensive conveyor equipment used through out. Another NorthPoint accelerated project done on time and on budget for Federal Express.
