Gary Thomas
MemberGary has worked in the commercial construction industry since 1980. He has extensive experience in commercial interior fit-up projects, building renovations, and ground-up construction projects. Prior to forming NorthPoint, Gary served as Director of Design and Construction for TeamCon Construction Management Corp., and Wall-Tech Systems, Inc. In addition he has also worked as Construction Administrator and Project Manager for architectural firms in Boston, MA and Portsmouth, NH. Gary holds a degree in Civil Engineering and graduated from the Boston Architectural Center. He is also licensed and registered with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Construction Supervisor.
As Manager/Member, Gary's responsibilities include overseeing the overall development of projects including site meetings with the entire construction team and coordination of subcontractors. Gary also works closely with clients and Architects to understand their specific needs and is especially effective in providing consultations and assistance in value engineering while also ensuring that the project comes in on time and within budget.
