NorthPoint Construction Management's role as the General Contractor was critical in effectively delivering this multi phased project on schedule and budget. The scope included the selective demolition of the fifth floor space, construction of new offices, conference/meeting rooms, and reworking/supplementing existing M/E/P/FP systems. Work also included two communicating staircases to link the fourth floor to the fifth floor, and high-end finishes including glass, millwork, and flooring. Coordination and logistics with the building management team were critical to minimize the impact of construction on building tenants and daily operations.
