NorthPoint Construction Management utilizing a Design / Build approach for this project was instrumental in providing the best need oriented facility for the money, working closely with their client during schematic design and design development phases which led to construction and permit set drawings and eventually to the construction of the entire facility. All aspects of the project including engineering services for structural design, detailing, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection were undertaken. The ground-up facility was completed in approximately 8 months from start date to final move in for the client.
