NorthPoint Construction Management proved to be the winning bid for the construction services of this project providing a level of quality beyond Architect and owner expectation. The addition was completed on time and within budget. Teachers and students utilized the new facility for fine arts education in early January, 2008. The Congregation was so pleased with the project, the owners asked NorthPoint to provide construction and value engineering services for their proposed 5 year / 6 million dollar master plan project for the Merrimack Baptist Community (scheduled to begin spring of 2010.
