    Hancock School Condominiums

    NorthPoint Construction has been awarded the 28,000 square foot Hancock School Condominium project in Lexington, MA.  This renovation includes a new elevator, historic windows, and an entirely new mechanical, electrical and plumbing service for eighteen individual units.  We look forward to welcoming each owner back into their homes early next year.

    District Attorney’s Offices Worcester

    NorthPoint Construction has signed a contract with the owners of 180 Main Street, Worcester, MA for the construction of the new District Attorney’s office.  This project consists of a complete renovation of a five story 18th century historic building.  Construction has begun and is scheduled to be completed in September of this year.

    Safety Award Winner!!!

    NorthPoint CM, LLC proudly announces taking 2nd place in the 2009 Associated Builders and Contractors Safety Award program; SIC Code 15 / Under 50,000 Man-Hour category.  In addition to this Safety Award we receive a Certificate of Recognition for “Zero Lost Time”.  We believe that workplace safety is achieved through planning, proper training and work site awareness. All NorthPoint projects are completed using first-rate construction practices to ensure safe construction environments.

    Grace Capital Church

    NorthPoint CM, LLC was awarded the 6700sf Grace Capital Church Youth Center addition last week.  This addition will include a 4200sf multifunction room, 3 classrooms, 3 new offices and a cafe' lounge.  Construction documents are being created now with an expected construction start date of early summer.  Thank you to the board members for selecting NorthPoint.

    Quarry Hill Condos

    NorthPoint CM, LLC recently completed phase one of two, 20 of the 40 new townhomes in Lebanon NH.  This phase was completed and ready for occupancy as of the first of the year.  The real estate representative has had great success in selling these units even with the state of the residential market.  The unique design and price point have made the units appealing to buyers.
