    Awarded Synagogue

    NorthPoint CM, LLC was recently awarded a design build project for a new 9,000 sq. ft. Jewish Synagogue based in Derry, NH. We were selected through a design / build approach amongst three strong, local contractors in the Southern NH area. Based on our vast knowledge of design / build projects and the strong recommendation through the recently completed Merrimack Valley Baptist Church Renovations and Addition that we completed in early January 08, we were chosen to come on board and begin the design process in early January of 2008.

    Bernie and Phyl's

    NorthPoint CM, LLC has been awarded a design build project with the furniture / retail giant Bernie and Phyl’s. NPCM was awarded the project for the 25,000 sq. ft.addition and proposed bedding store being added to the existing Route 1 facility in Saugus, MA. NPCM was selected from approximately four general contractors in the area. Various preliminary bids and budget prices were provided to the Bernie & Phyl’s companies and NPCM was chosen from the selections based on references, quality and overall design concept.

    Townhouses

    NorthPoint CM, LLC has begun pouring the first of the foundations for 40 new townhouse style units in Lebanon NH, The Townhouses at Quarry Hill. NPCM was hired as the land was purchased to begin the design and layout of the two-phased project and is scheduled to begin framing in early 2008

    Hotel Renovation

    NorthPoint CM, LLC has been awarded a 3 million dollar 350 room hotel renovation at the newly purchased Radisson Hotel off Exit 1 in Nashua, NH. The renovations also include, 7 floors of common corridor work, pool and spa renovations, various Ball Room and Function hall renovations. The renovations are scheduled to begin on or around mid December and plan to be completed within 8 months.
