NorthPoint Construction Management utilizing a Design / Build approach for this project designed and erected a complete need orientated facility providing a complete Design / Build package from start to finish for their client. All aspects of the project including all engineering services for structural design, detailing, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection were undertaken. The ground up facility was completed in approximately 8 months from start date to final move in housing the Princeton Technology Corporation Headquarters comprised primarily of circuitry components production and sales.
