Scott Cornett
Senior Project ManagerScott Cornett has recently joined the NorthPoint team as Senior Project Manager, and brings 25 years of design and construction experience. Scott has completed all academic requirements for a Bachelor of Architecture degree at the Boston Architectural College and plans to return to complete the thesis segment to earn his architectural registration. Scott also earned a Non-Profit Real Estate Development Certificate from Southern NH University. From design/build and construction management endeavors to real estate development/asset management and building design services, Scott consistently leads multi-discipline teams in the successful completion of a wide range of project typologies.
Early in his career, Scott served as partner with a commercial & residential masonry contracting firm for more than ten years managing business development and estimating activities as well as the direction of the overall profitability and success of the organization. For the next five years Scott served as a senior project manager for a non-profit real estate development group creating more than 125 affordable housing units. For the last decade, Scott has served as a commercial construction project manager completing numerous medical, educational, municipal and elderly/multi-family construction projects.
