Working with various trades from our large pool and data-base of valued and capable subcontractors, engineers and vendors, we can provide actual estimates and quantities of each division prior to going into final print and contract.
Value Engineering
Again working with all of the trades involved, we can work out any pricing conflicts or major budget constraints to save the client valuable time and money in the end. Value engineering can be a crucial part of getting a project built within the budget or needing to go back for a redesign.
CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
Construction Management
NPCM can be hired for full service construction management. We will work with the client from the very get go, assisting or completing all design phases of the project, gathering preliminary pricing to competitive triple bid pricing from all tradesmen. Then go straight into approvals, permit review, construction, and the final turnkey and move in process.
