Bill began his career in the construction and design field in 1980. He is LEED AP certified and holds a certificate in Hospital Construction and Infectious Control Risk Assessment from the American Society of Hospital Engineering (ASHE). Bill consistently leads multi-discipline teams in the successful completion of a wide range of project typologies including nuclear pharmacies, healthcare facilities, medical equipment, municipal service facilities and a host of other industries throughout his career.
Bill joined the NorthPoint Project Management team in 2016. Bill’s project responsibilities include but are not limited to: providing budgets, estimating with On Screen Take Off, value engineering, qualifying bids, awarding bids, proposals, procurement of subcontractors and materials, project scheduling, purchase orders, direct liaison with clients, communication with owners, architects, engineers, submittal processing, monitoring and coordinating work performed by field staff and subcontractors, ensuring project operations are in compliance with design specifications, shop drawings, change orders, control and maintenance logs, meeting minutes, requisitions, coordination and overall development of the entire project from pre-construction services to closeout documents. Additional responsibilities include preparing and coordinating architectural and structural drawings for in house design build construction documents facility planning.
